CAN ANYBODY DO CROSSFIT?

Yes. All of our programming is designed to suit everyone, any age or fitness level. Our coaches are trained to adjust the workout according to each individual needs depending on experience, ability and confidence. We won't make it easy, but we will make it achievable.

 

WHO TRAINS AT FRANKS BROTHERS?

People from all walks of life make up the Franks Brothers community. We have members of all ages and fitness levels training with us. In one class there can be someone new to Crossfit training alongside someone who competes in Crossfit and everybody gets the same standard of coaching.

 

HOW LONG DOES A CLASS GO FOR?

Our classes are scheduled for 1 hour. but don't worry be training at 100% for the whole 60mins. Our classes are broken down into several different parts and formats depending on the workout.

 

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I TRAIN?

This depends on what else you have going on in your life and what your goals are. Our coaches can help you out with a training schedule specific to your needs.

 

WILL I GET BORED?

Everyday there is a different workout and possibly a different group of people. Every workout will challenge you in a different way than the previous. Boredom is not a movement we program.
